Emerald City Supporters organizes away trips to all Sounders FC away matches. We welcome all Sounders fans to stand together as one group, one voice, and support our Sounders.
Tickets typically for all away matches for each year go on sale to current year ECS Members, one of the benefits of membership is early access to away tickets and a small discount on away match tickets. Tickets for non-members when available will open about 6 weeks prior to a match. Cascadia matches and others with capacity restrictions will initially be on sale to Current ECS Members only, purchase limits may apply.
Deadline to purchase tickets is set by the opposing team, generally that is two weeks prior to a match. Per ours and MLS Away travel rules and for our groups safety, we are required to enter and exit the stadium as a group. For travel planning purposes you should make sure to allot at minimum 1-3 hours ahead of kickoff to be able to meet up with the group.
Ticketing and Match Day Details - Final details and essentially everything you need to know for each away match will be sent via Monkey Mail (an email) sent to the email address associated with the purchaser's store account. Monkey Mail will ship generally 2-4 days prior to each match. Make sure your email is updated in your store account here. The Monkey Mail will include a temporary email address we set up for you- this allows you to receive the ticket without having to deal with the away team's spam in the future.
You will receive an email from the away team's ticketing partner (AXS, SeatGeek, TicketMaster, etc) when we transfer the ticket to your account. This will be after the Monkey Mail and generally at-least two days prior to the match.
